Terms and conditions:
- Offers validity is 15 workdays unless it is mentioned in client-approved offer.
- Sky Alphabet shall not be liable for any loss, injury, damage or legal or other expenses suffered or sustained by any party as a result of Sky Alphabet having reasonably relied upon the accuracy of all relevant data and information provided by the Client and/or a third party or the acts, omissions of any person other than Sky Alphabet.
- Sky Alphabet findings may not necessarily reflect or support Client’s views or opinions
- Client has no right to make any deduction on fees mentioned in client-approved offers.
- Client has no right to regain any payment scheduled in client-approved offers.
- Client undertakes to expeditiously provide all information, data, questionnaire and approvals required by Sky Alphabet.
- All fees quoted in Sky Alphabet offers are excluding tax unless it is mentioned in the client-approved offer.
- All agreements between Sky Alphabet and its clients shall terminate upon the electronic delivery of electronic draft (PDF file) by Sky Alphabet to the Client unless it is mentioned in the client-approved offer.
- Sky Alphabet reserves the right to suspend the Services and/or terminate the Agreement with immediate effect if it is not paid as per the terms mentioned in the client-approved offer.
- Sky Alphabet cannot be held responsible in any way for any losses or damages incurred because of plans or decisions client takes based on Sky Alphabet research findings.
- Any notice between client and Sky Alphabet under or in connection with any agreement shall be in writing by mail or by hand.
- In case of one month or more - delay caused by client, Sky Alphabet keeps the right to claim scheduled payments and keeps the right to reprice the rest of job.
- Any required survey (electronic or by personnel) is not included unless it is mentioned in the client-approved offer
